The brief
UCLA's Taste for a Cure gala at Fox Studios needed more than vendors: it needed one team responsible for the complete technical picture — lighting, audio, LED, and drape — and for running the show itself, so a program of speeches, entertainment, and fundraising moments would land beat for beat.
The execution
